His conceptual abilities and creative executions have also been honored outside of the recruitment space by the domestic/international Clio Awards as well as Hollywood Reporter “Key Art” Awards.

Jason Rellick – Director, Business Development
As the Director of NAS Recruitment Communications over the Pennsylvania and West Virginia region, with a diverse client roster that includes organizations of all sizes and in all industries, Jason Rellick continues to guide his team in the development of customized, cutting-edge solutions that deliver talent with maximum ROI. Jason has been in the recruitment industry for almost 10 years and has held positions such as Director and Vice President, as well as CEO of organizations with responsibility for sourcing, media, branding and interactive strategies. Holding a Master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Pittsburgh, Jason is also a member of the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association.

Cyndy Trivella – Director, Business Development
Cyndy began her career in Human Resource Communications on Madison Avenue in New York City over 12 years ago. Prior to that, she worked in corporate human resources as a recruiter and as a training and development coordinator. In addition, Cyndy has multiple years of media planning and account strategy experience at a management level from both the media and agency sides. She has managed many client accounts including: The IRS, Applebee’s, Merrill Lynch, Hoffman-LaRoche, GE Capital, Frontier Communications, Corning, Roberts Pharmaceutical, Colgate Palmolive, The Interpublic Group of Companies, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Randstad Staffing, Lowe’s, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, LensCrafters, Home Depot, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She currently resides as the director and branch manager for NAS Recruitment Communications in Kansas City.
Cyndy holds a BA in psychology and mass communications and is currently matriculating towards a MA in psychology.
Matt Kaiser serves as Vice President and Talent Strategist for NAS. With more than 14 years of experience as a recruitment strategy consultant, Matt helps leading organizations uncover their unique brand identity, implement ideas to improve their candidate experience and incorporate innovative sourcing and social media strategies to creatively attract top talent. Matt is a graduate of The Florida State University. He is an author, blogger and featured industry speaker on best practices in Talent Management at national and international HR events.
Laura McPeck serves as a human resource consultant, leads employment brand development initiatives and oversees all client interaction and service in the New York, Connecticut and New Jersey market. Laura’s primary area of concentration is the talent acquisition/retention communications platform, helping her clients to engage and retain A-level talent. She has extensive experience within the campus recruitment marketing industry, developing unique strategies to meet her clients’ hiring initiatives. Laura has over twelve years of industry experience and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies at the University of Rhode Island. She is also a featured speaker at local SHRM and other human resources events.
